Preseason (Aug 14 - Nov 6)

Our preseason program takes you from the middle of August through Super 32 and Preseason Nationals. Our preseason program includes 4 nights of practice designed to put your athlete in a position to compete with the best kids in the country. Practices during the week are a mixture of skill development and situational combat. Sunday practices are split up into an hour of skill and an hour of combat. Our preseason membership is open to 3rd - 12th graders. **Kindergarten - 2nd graders need to apply for preseason attendance.

Folk style (Nov 1 - March 31st)

The youth folk style season runs from Nov 1st though Post Season Nationals. The purpose of youth season is to help kids prepare for their high school season by having them compete at varying levels of competition throughout the year. We blend our schedule with local and national events to guarantee they will be challenged and experience success. If you are a high school wrestler looking for extra workouts or help, we run a high school Sunday practice designed to help you recover from the weekend tournaments as well as improve skills as needed. Our most successful wrestlers (youth and high school) have taken advantage of Sunday’s. Any high schooler with a winter membership can also attend any practice during the week.

Beginners/ Futures Program

BEGINNERS PROGRAM (Nov 1 - March 31) - This is for K-3rd graders just getting into the sport of wrestling. The beginners program runs from Nov 1 though Post Season Nationals. We practice 2 times a week and they have access to Sunday practices as well. The beginner’s program is designed to cover our “Core Skills” and prepare kids (BOYS AND GIRLS) to compete at tournaments.

FUNdations PROGRAM (Nov 1 - Feb 28) - This program is designed to introduce the sport of wrestling to kids through fun and exciting games. It is open to kids 3 - 5 years old. The whole idea here is to get your kid excited about wanting to wrestle. We will work on developing listening skills, movement patterns, social skills, and getting your athlete comfortable with a wrestling environment. The class will meet two times a week.

Olympic wrestling (March 1 - Fargo)

Our Olympic program is for 3rd - 12th graders looking to make big jumps during the “offseason.” We believe training and competing during the summer gives you a huge advantage over those who are not. If you plan on wrestling after high school, this shouldn’t be optional. The purpose of our Olympic program is to inspire kids to dream big and train to be the best in the world. We will work to prepare for Cadet and Junior world championships as well as Kids Nationals and Fargo. “Overnight” success is built during the summer months.
